  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before final payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details via email or SMS.
You can also check your order status on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Power Source Nutrition cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  1. Do not accept the parcel from the delivery agent.

  2. Take photos and contact us immediately within 24 hours at info@powersourcenutrition.in.

We’ll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

You can request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@powersourcenutrition.in.
Once the order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible.
