  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the minimum amount or for certain regions.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Power Source Nutrition will not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address:

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Do not accept the parcel from the delivery agent.

  • Immediately take photos and contact us within 24 hours at info@powersourcenutrition.in.
    We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
